Agency Agreement Apostille & Legalization Services

Agency Agreement Digital / Online Notarized

Authorize your international partners with confidence. An Agency Agreement is a formal contract where one party (the principal) grants another party (the agent) the authority to act on their behalf in a foreign market. To make this partnership legally binding abroad, it must be officially apostilled or legalized.

At US Apostille, we provide expedited authentication for Agency Agreements from all 50 U.S. States. We ensure your international distribution and representation rights are secured through our Maryland hub in just one business day.

Delivery Requirements: Physical vs. Digital

While we always prefer the original "Wet-Ink" document, we can accept digital submissions in specific cases:

1. When Digital (PDF) IS Accepted:

  • Remote Online Notarization (RON): If your Agency Agreement was notarized using an official Remote Online Notary platform (like Notarize.com or NotaryCam) with a digital tamper-evident seal and an electronic notary certificate.

  • Maryland-Standard Digital Notary: If the notary’s digital signature is already on file and verifiable by the Secretary of State.

  • In these cases, you can simply upload the PDF to our portal.

2. When Physical (Original) IS Required:

  • Standard Notarization: If you signed the document in person before a local notary using a physical stamp or embossed seal.

  • Embassy Requirements: Countries like UAE, China, or Kuwait often reject digital notarizations and demand the original physical document for Legalization.

  • In these cases, you MUST mail the original hard copy to our office.

Frequently Asked Questions

A digital PDF is only valid for an Apostille if it contains a Digital Notary Certificate issued through an approved RON platform. A simple scan of a physical paper document is not a digital original and will be rejected.

Yes. As long as the document is properly notarized (physically or via RON), it doesn't matter where your company is registered. We can secure the Maryland Apostille in 24 hours.

Highly Recommended. Foreign customs and ministries almost always require the agreement to be on Official Company Letterhead to prove its corporate origin.

For countries like Saudi Arabia or Qatar, we provide full Embassy Legalization. Note that these embassies almost always require the physical original document, even if it was notarized digitally.

Whether we receive a valid digital PDF or a physical courier, we process the Apostille within one business day and ship the final authenticated document via FedEx/DHL.
