Mandatory: Notarization & Submission Rules
Important Requirement: Since a Technical Data Sheet is a private corporate document, it MUST be notarized by a licensed Notary Public. The notary verifies the signature of the authorized engineer, lab technician, or quality control officer.

Original Physical Required: Most international regulatory agencies (especially in China, the UAE, and Latin America) strictly require the original hard copy with a "wet-ink" signature and a physical notary seal.
Digital (PDF) Exception: We accept digital PDFs ONLY if the TDS was notarized via Remote Online Notarization (RON) with a verifiable electronic seal and notary certificate.
Note: A standard scan or photo of a paper document is not a digital original and will be rejected.
