1. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our document processing services, including apostille, authentication, and legalization, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a request has been processed. The following services are non-refundable:
- Apostille and authentication services once documents have been submitted.
- Embassy and consular legalization fees.
- Government filing fees and courier/shipping costs.
- Processing fees paid to third-party service providers.
2. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if the processing has not yet begun. If a request is canceled before submission to the relevant authority, a partial refund may be issued, excluding administrative and processing fees. Once documents have been submitted for processing, cancellations are not possible.
3. Incorrect or Rejected Documents
If a document is rejected due to an error on our part, we will reprocess it at no additional charge. If the rejection occurs due to incorrect or incomplete documents submitted by the customer, reprocessing fees may apply.
4. Processing Delays
US Apostille is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, embassies, or mailing services. Expedited services are subject to the processing times of respective authorities and are not guaranteed.
5. Lost or Damaged Documents
We take every precaution to ensure safe handling and delivery of your documents. We are not responsible for documents lost or delayed by courier services, government agencies, or third parties. Customers should use a trackable shipping method for sending documents and purchase shipping insurance if needed.
6. Modifications to Orders
If you need to modify an order (e.g., change of address, processing service type), contact us immediately. Changes may be accommodated only if the request has not been submitted for processing.
